This year Nuns on the Run raised $18,515 to help Gorman House keep its doors open seven days a week, 365 days a year. Gorman House provides vital drug and alcohol detoxification services to over 1,500 people a year, some of whom are amongst the most marginalised members of our community. In fact, more than half the people helped by Gorman House are homeless.
What a fantastic effort by Sr Leone Wittmack our leader and the 42 strong team who braved inclement weather on the day.
