Reba joined the Sisters of Charity Foundation as CEO in December 2010. Prior to joining the Foundation she was a Member of the NSW Parliament for fourteen years and during that time she served for six years as a Cabinet Minister.
Reba was responsible for a variety of portfolios including some of the biggest and most challenging areas of policy, budget management and service delivery. Her areas of responsibility included Health, Community Services and Youth, and Aboriginal Affairs.
Reba has also worked as an industrial advocate representing the interests of workers and their families in the State and Federal Industrial Relations jurisdictions. Reba has a son called Louie.
